The percentage of original list price received is 2.9% higher than last June - 93.2% of the original list price last year compared to 95.9% this year. While market time has decreased and prices have gone up, sellers are also receiving a higher percentage of their list price!
The number of new listings during June 2014 was identical to last year – 90 new listings this June compared to 90 new listings last June. The number of listings under contract decreased 5.5% this June compared to last – 52 listings under contract this June compared to only 55 listings under contract last June!
